
Done Deals: Terminix signs 5-year lease for property on South Cox

Pest Control company Terminix signed a five-year lease for 5,500 square feet at 685 South Cox. Robert Taylor and James Rasberry of Rasberry CRE represented the landlord.
Frank Roberts and Michael Robinson of Acker Robinson Realty represented the tenant.
Teminix International Co. is based in Memphis and has a worldwide network of locations, including 864 service centers throughout the United States and in 14 countries.
In another deal, advertising agency Harvest Memphis signed a five-year lease for 3,000 square at 348 N. Main St. Rasberry represented landlord Paul Mortimer and the tenant.
Angel Beauty Supply
Angel Beauty Supply signed a 10-year lease for 7,500 square feet at 3514 Ramill Road.
Brian Califf of NAI Saig Company represented landlord Salt & Associates.
In and Out Wireless
In and Out Wireless signed a lease for 3,000 square feet at the Frayser Plaza Shopping Center, 2142 Frayser Blvd. Loeb Realty Group’s Frank Dyer III and Allen Israel represented the landlord.
In another deal, Perfection Cleaners signed a lease for 800 square feet at Village Place Shopping Center at 1150 Dexter Lane, Suite 101, in Cordova.
Again, Dyer and Israel represented the landlord.
Union Avenue Law Firm
Union Avenue Law Firm signed a new lease for 1,800 square feet at One Memphis Place, 200 Jefferson Ave., across the street from the Shelby County Courthouse.
Don Drinkard of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant.
Shoe Time International
Shoe Time International Inc. signed a new, five-year lease for 6,000 square feet at the Frayser Village Shopping Center.
Leah Stokes of CBRE represented the tenant.
Alex Turley of CBRE handled four five-year renewals for Regions Bank at the following locations: 4134 Elvis Presley Blvd., 270 N. Cleveland St., 1190 E. Shelby Dr., and 3535 Austin Peay Highway.
Lipscomb & Pitts Building
Several tenants have signed leases at the Lipscomb & Pitts Building, at 2670 Union Avenue Extended.
Kipp Diamond Academy has a lease for 3,280 square feet; Kelly’s Deli signed a deal for 1,468 square feet; Attorney Oscar L. Malone III has a deal for 1,048 square feet; and Positive Transitions, Inc. has a lease for 561 square feet.
