Real estate web firm HomeTelos moving into Nashville

HomeTelos, L.P., a Dallas-based real estate services company, has signed a lease for 11,384 square feet in Airways Plaza.

Located at 1283 Murfreesboro Road, it will be the company’s first office in Nashville.

Whit McCrary and Rob Lowe, brokers with Cassidy Turley, represented HomeTelos in the transaction. Frazier Baker, with In-Rel Properties, Inc., leases the building.

There are some benefits to being a real-estate company looking for a new lease.

“From start to finish it only took a few weeks to complete the process of analyzing and negotiating the lease, when sometimes the process can take months,” said McCrary in a news release. “The speed at which this deal was finalized is a credit to both the tenant and landlord.”
