Nashville-based Correct Care Solutions has signed a ten-year lease for 47,352-square-feet of office space at Airways Plaza, near the Nashville International Airport.
The building will be 93 percent occupied once Correct Care moves into the 147,123-square-foot office complex at 1283 Murfreesboro Pike.
Frazier Baker, director of leasing for In-Rel, represented the landlord. Dwaine Anderson of the Anderson Company represented Correct Care Solutions.
“We believe this lease is an indication of an improving market. Opportunities will continue to exist for well-capitalized landlords that own quality real estate as well as for credit quality tenants that are seeking to grow and expand,” Baker said in a news release.
Correct Care Solutions is a correctional health care management company that handles medical claims for almost 57,000 inmates in 17 states.
