Since 1985, In-Rel Management, Inc. ("Intelligent Real-Estate") has operated as a full service real estate firm specializing in acquiring, remodeling and managing commercial properties. The company's corporate headquarters are in Lake Worth, Florida, with branch offices in Memphis and Nashville, Tennessee, Bainbridge, Georgia and Birmingham, Alabama. What began as a small organization servicing a "niche" market has grown into one of the most respected independent real estate companies in the southeast with over $50 million in annual revenues. To this day, In-Rel's commitment to growth continues to be a high priority.

Currently, In-Rel owns and manages 33 properties - including both office and retail space - totaling approximately 4 million square feet.  Forty+ full-time professional employees provide administrative, leasing, property management, and accounting support. Regardless of size or growth however, the company's core values have remained intact throughout the years. Accountability, respect, trust, tolerance and honesty are demanded at every level. The cornerstone of In-Rel's success remains its commitment to these values and a legendary "hands-on" approach to running the business. In the majority of cases, the staff takes direct responsibility for leasing and property management with little third party involvement.
