phernandez@in-rel.com | BiographyPaula joined the In-Rel Management team in July, 2005 as the Director of Property Management. As the director she is responsible for the supervision of approximately four million square feet of retail centers and office buildings in Florida, Georgia, Tennessee and Alabama. She left Trammell Crow Company after five years where she was the Regional Manager of facilities management on the Bank of America account. Her portfolio included approximately 500 retail banking centers throughout South Florida. Paula was the Senior Property Manager for Brenner Real Estate and managed office and retail centers in the Palm Beach area. Prior to that Paula was an Asset Manager for a firm awarded a SAMDA contract through the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC). As an asset manager she was responsible for the management and disposition of single family and commercial properties throughout the United States. Paula brings more than 20 years of residential and commercial property management experience to our team. She is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson since 1994. |
