BiographyRon Riley has been with In-Rel Management, Inc. since 2003. Ron is responsible for overseeing 4 million square feet in 4 states - Florida, Tennessee, Alabama and Georgia. He graduated from the University of Memphis with a B.S. in Management. Since joining In-Rel, Ron has completed over 350 lease transactions (1,800,000 square feet) totaling in excess of $160 million dollars in revenue. He has also overseen 13 new acquisitions totaling in excess of $85 million dollars as well as 3 refinances totaling in excess of $105 million. He holds his Principal Brokers License, is a CCIM Designee, serves on the Board of Directors for the Memphis Area Association of Realtors Commercial Council as well as its Executive Committee,serves on the Alumni Board of Directors for Briacrest School and also serves on the Board of Directors for the Community Forum (a local non-profit agency). Ron is the winner of the 2002, 2005, 2006 & 2007 & 2008 Pinnacle Award, an award given by the Board of Realtors to the top 25 commercial brokers based on volume of deals. His hobbies include golf, traveling, and reading. |
