BiographyFrazier is a graduate of Centre College in Danville, KY. He began his real estate career at Trammell Crow Company, now CB Richard Ellis in 2003 as a Leasing Associate focusing on office leasing for various institutional and private equity owners, including In-Rel management, Inc. In 2004, he began working directly for In-Rel as a Senior Leasing Representative assisting with the marketing duties of the 1MM square foot office portfolio in Memphis. Most recently, Frazier was made the Director of Leasing for both the Memphis and expanded Nashville portfolios, encompassing approximately 1.5MM square feet. He is responsible for all leasing related issues, including renewals, expansions, and the solicitation and negotiation of new leases.
Frazier was awarded the 2004 Newcomer of the Year Pinnacle Award presented by the Memphis Association of Realtors. He is also the 2006, 2007 and 2008 Winner of the Pinnacle Award presented by the Memphis Association of Realtors, recognizing the top 25 highest achievements in commercial real estate. He is a CCIM Designee, a member of the Memphis Association of Realtors, Chairman of the Technology Committee for the Memphis Association of Realtor Commercial Council. His hobbies include traveling, grilling out with friends and spending time with family.
