BiographyBryan Zenchyk, Director of Leasing for In-Rel’s Southern Region, is responsible for over 2 million square feet of retail and office space in Florida as well as the entire portfolio of In-Rel’s retail holdings throughout the southeastern United States. Additionally, he is the Managing Broker for In-Rel Realty, In-Rel’s in-house real estate brokerage firm. He has been with the company since 2006.
Bryan is originally from Coral Springs, Florida. He is a graduate of Stetson University in DeLand, Florida where he earned a B.B.A. in Management and played on the collegiate baseball team. He set several career records and received numerous athletic awards there, including Freshman All-American and Atlantic Sun Conference Freshman of the Year. Today, Bryan is an avid golfer.
Professionally, Bryan has earned the CCIM Designation, the Certified Leasing Specialist Designation and holds his Florida Real Estate Broker’s License. He is the recipient of the 2007 & 2008 Co-Star Power Brokers Award for leasing activity based on overall leasing transaction volume. He is an active member of the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) Institute, the ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers) and NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Properties).
